Tabledo Terms of Use

1. Introductory information

  1. These Regulations define the conditions of use of the Tabledo.online Website as well as the rights and obligations of Users as well as the obligations and scope of liability of the Tabledo.online Website Service Provider.
  2. Terms used in these Regulations, when written with a capital letter, mean:
    1. Regulations – this document.
    2. User – a natural or legal person who uses the Website.
    3. Service provider – RESTnet Szymon Kuczaty, 44-362 Bełsznica, ul. Raciborska 34, NIP: PL6472600348.
    4. Website – the tabledo.online website with all its functions.
    5. Package – a set of parameters of the offered service, including the number of files that can be uploaded.
    6. Service – data aggregation and creation of tables and charts based on a file uploaded by the user.
    7. File – a file in csv format generated from Google Forms results or a sheet with a compatible data format (xls, xlsx, ods)
    8. Panel – a panel made available to the User to edit and configure table parameters

2. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Website properly, the following are required:
    1. computer or mobile device (smartphone, tablet) with Internet access.
    2. web browser:
      • Supporting ECMAScript version 5 or higher
      • Allowing the use of LocalStorage

3. Principles of operation of the Website

  1. The website consists of creating tables and charts based on Files uploaded to it by users
  2. At first, a DEMO version of the Website is displayed, enabling you to verify whether the service offered by the Website meets the user’s expectations before purchasing the full version. The demo version shows tables generated based on a limited amount of data from the File uploaded by the user.
  3. Tables are customizable in accordance with the settings available on the website.
  4. The user can purchase access to the full version of the tables, which will include all data from the uploaded File. Access to the full version will expire after 2 years from uploading, unless the user sends an email to biuro@tabledo.online requesting extension of access.
  5. The user will receive an access link to the File they have purchased to the declared e-mail address.

4. Packages

  1. The user can choose one of the Packages, the current parameters of which are described in the “price list” tab on the Tabledo.online website.
  2. With the purchase of the Package, the user receives a license to use the Website.
  3. The license authorizing the User to use the Website is granted for a fee.
  4. The entire (100%) remuneration paid by the User for granting access to the Website constitutes payment for granting a license entitling the User to use the Website.
  5. Package parameters include its price and the number of uploaded Files.

5. User Responsibilities

  1. Pursuant to Art. 38 point 12 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the User who is a consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Service Provider remotely. (digital product)
  2. The User is obliged to upload Files obtained legally and to which he/she owns the copyright.
  3. The User should use the Website in accordance with its intended purpose. Any actions of the User that affect the deterioration of the Website, unauthorized access to the Website, generating excessive and unjustified traffic on the Website are prohibited. Improper use of the Website also refers to the use of functionalities in the form of electronic forms made available by the Service Provider via the Website in an inconsistent manner, causing undesirable network traffic or data growth, which may lead to temporary interruptions in access to the Website by other Users.

6. Obligations and Rights of the Service Provider

  1. The Service Provider undertakes to generate tables and charts based on Files and aggregate data subject to customization on the Website.
  2. The Service Provider is not responsible for errors in generating tables that are beyond its control, in particular errors resulting from uploading incorrect Files or an error in the File.
  3. The Service Provider has tools for analyzing traffic and unauthorized activities of Users and thus reserves the right to block individual IP addresses, entire ranges of IP addresses (part or all of suspicious networks), and even entire regions from which, according to the Service Provider, the activity may have occurred Users inconsistent with the purpose and use of the Website.
  4. Tools for analyzing User traffic automatically collect basic data regarding the time of visiting the Website by the User, data enabling the determination of the region of the User’s activity, the User’s device from which the Website was accessed and its basic configuration. This data is used by the Service Provider for preventive activities, activities aimed at improving the operation of the Website and for marketing research.
  5. The service provider is only liable for non-performance or improper performance of services caused by failure to exercise due diligence resulting from the professional nature of the business activity.
  6. The Service Provider undertakes to make every effort to ensure the operation of the Website without any disruptions, however, the Service Provider is not liable for any disruptions in the operation of the Website caused by a failure, force majeure or unauthorized interference by Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrect provision of services resulting from incorrect content, information and data obtained from the User.
  7. In special cases affecting the security or stability of the IT system, the Service Provider has the right to temporarily discontinue or limit the provision of Electronic Services, without prior notice to Users. In particular, the Service Provider is entitled to carry out maintenance work aimed at restoring the security and stability of the IT system. The Website User is not entitled to any claims in connection with the interruption or cessation of the provision of electronic services by the Service Provider.
  8. The Service Provider also has the right to discontinue the provision of Electronic Services at any time if such a justified request is submitted to it by the Internet provider or other authorized entity. Subject to the relevant provisions of law and the Regulations, the Service Provider is not liable for damage caused by faulty operation of the system.

7. Complaints

  1. Any complaints related to the operation of the Website should be reported to the e-mail address: admin@tabledo.online
  2. The Service Provider undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the moment of receiving the complaint or from the moment of obtaining all the information necessary to consider the complaint.
  3. Each complaint should include a description of the problem, indicating the Package the User uses and the contact e-mail address.
  4. The Service Provider responds to the complaint to the e-mail address provided in the complaint.

8. Personal data and privacy policy

  1. The Service Provider is the Controller of the personal data of the Customers.
  2. The Service Provider processes personal data provided by the User in order to provide the services provided.
  3. In the case of Paid Services, the User’s personal data may be made available to the Website’s partner: Conotoxia Sp. z o.o., for the purposes of properly processing payments.
  4. The user has the right to view his/her data, correct it and, at his/her request, delete it in the event of resigning from the Website’s services.
  5. The Service Provider reserves the right to send information regarding the User’s activities on the Website and commercial information to the e-mail address provided by the User in the purchase form
  6. As part of the services provided, the Service Provider also processes data that is not personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act. The scope and purpose of data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on the Tabledo.online

9. Final provisions

  1. The current content of the Regulations can be found on the Tabledo.online website.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Regulations after informing the User about the change via e-mail.
